With award winning designs by Suters Architects the McCloy Group remodelled this four storey office building, cantilevering a curved screen wall of vertical louvres from the original facade.
The building is part of the 'City Exchange' development that won the Urban Taskforce Australia 'Development Excellence Award for Adaptive Re-use 2011'.
The McCloy Group occupies the top floor and are joined by first rate tenants such as Davidson Accountants, Ord Minnett, ORS Group, Pegasus, FordComm and Pacific National.
