Situated one hour & fifteen minutes drive north of Cairns in the sleepy town of Wonga is the location of an upcoming large lot residential offering. The material change of use was granted for the 38.88 hectare beachside property by Cairns Regional Council in August 2010. Work is currently underway to plan the configuration of the large lot subdivision.
