Brian is qualified with a Bachelor of Construction Management from Newcastle University and has over 12 years experience with the McCloy Group in all facets of the property development business.  Brian heads up the development team and is responsible for project feasibility, acquisition negotiation, cost control, obtaining development consents and delivery of McCloy Group’s residential and commercial developments.
