Making your name stand out can be difficult in business.
But the developers of Maitland’s newest residential estate at Rutherford have achieved it by giving their name back to their residents.
Heritage Parc’s stage one land release will become available in November with the estate’s interesting spelling to denote the community’s ownership of the area.
The estate will be built on the ¬former Westside Golf Course site by developers the McCloy Group, with Heritage Parc featuring more than 50 hectares of open space.
Heritage Parc will be situated between Racecourse Road, Regiment Road and Wollombi Road at Rutherford and is close to Rutherford High School, hospitals and health facilities, shopping centres and public transport.
McCloy Group managing director Louise McCloy said Heritage Parc would present homebuyers a distinctive lifestyle opportunity.
“We will be creating a vibrant outdoor art gallery which will be exhibited across the estate and blended with amenities like cycle ways, fitness circuit, playgrounds, sporting fields and community gardens,” she said.
“This is the first time the McCloy Group has built a housing estate in the Maitland local government area and we are determined to build something different.
“Construction of stage one is ¬currently underway and once that is completed we will be developing our boutique display village.”
Stage one will offer 41 home sites, some featuring expansive watercourse views with development lot sizes that range from 536 to 1153 square metres.
