A GRAND OPENING FOR THE MUCH ANTICIPATED BILLY’S LOOKOUT

Lake Macquarie’s new residential land estate, Billy’s Lookout will be released to the market for the first time on Saturday 22 August. Visitors to the Grand Opening will be able to inspect the homesites for sale between 10am and 1pm.

Created by award-winning Hunter developers, McCloy Group, this 70.9-hectare lakeside haven is positioned on the doorstep of Lake Macquarie’s natural playground in Teralba. Once complete this new neighbourhood will house 484 new homes with around 1,000 residents.

The first release will offer 19 homesites, all with sought-after north east aspects. Buyers will also enjoy spectacular lake views, arguably the last of their kind in north Lake Macquarie. This stage is being offered to the market by private tender with guide prices starting from $275,000.

McCloy Group Managing Director, Brian Swaine, said Billy’s Lookout was a unique opportunity for people to secure lake views and enjoy the lakeside lifestyle.

“This is a premium land release that showcases the real advantages of living in this beautiful part of the world,” he said. “Seeing is believing and if you’re looking at building or buying a new home in Lake Macquarie, we encourage you to come to the Grand Opening and discover the stunning lake views for yourself.”

Reputable builders from the Hunter and Sydney will be showcasing their home designs at the Grand Opening and other suppliers such as Telstra NBN, Aussie Home Loans and Wall Legal will also be on hand with useful information for buyers. Builders participating include McDonald Jones, Eden Brae, Martin Project Homes, Mongtomery Homes, Crighton Homes, Dixon Homes and Perry Homes. Other highlights will include site tours, KOFM broadcasting live onsite, a jumping castle and face painter for the kids, and a FREE BBQ hosted by the Teralba Sea Scouts (gold coin donation).

To celebrate the Grand Opening, McCloy Group is giving away $17,000 worth of Visa Gift Cards. The competition is open to those looking to purchase land at Billy’s Lookout in the next 12 months.
