The end of an era has been reached in Lake Macquarie, with McCloy Group’s Brush Creek now sold out. The boutique community located off Transfield Avenue promoted a family friendly and affordable lifestyle within the Region, one which saw it welcome many new families to area.

First launching in 2018, Brush Creek became quickly known for its impressive entry feature, variety of block size options and orientations and as an affordable land offering within Lake Macquarie.

“It has been great to see so many young families enter the property market and build their family homes at Brush Creek. The housing options here have catered to a range of buyer needs along with a sought after location, giving the community the ability to live close to the Lake, retail precinct and work opportunities” commented Shane Boslem, Development Director.

Over the duration of the project, Brush Creek has welcomed many new families to the region. Together each family has contributed to the outstanding reputation Brush Creek has come to hold and made the development a positive and rewarding experience for the McCloy Group.

Thank you to residents both old and new and the wider community which had so warmly welcomed Brush Creek throughout its 6-year development period.

If in future you are looking for land within the Hunter Region, the McCloy Group are still active in the area, with sister sites available including Billy’s Lookout in Lake Macquarie, Hereford Hill in Lochinvar, The Fairways in Singleton and The Loxford, Maitland.
