The end of an era has been reached in Lochinvar, with McCloy Group’s Hereford Hill now sold out. The boutique community located off Springfield Drive promoted a family friendly and affordable lifestyle within the Region, one which saw it welcome many new families to the area.
First launching in 2020, Hereford Hill became quickly known for its impressive entry feature, state of the art park and playground, onsite childcare centre, variety of block size options and orientations and as an affordable land offering within Lochinvar.
