A country lifestyle with a town location is what’s on offer at Muswellbrook’s Ironbark Ridge Estate. One of the newest estates in Muswellbrook, land releases from Ironbark will go up for sale next weekend. The fourth stage release of Yammanie Close and Jackaroo Close will take place from 9am on Saturday, February 25.

Judging by the success of the past releases, these two are bound to be hot property.

“For the stage two release, we had people camped out overnight and early in the morning just to secure their position,” John Flood Estate Agents director Sandy Warburton said. Large lots are the attraction of Yammanie and Jackaroo with land ranging from 4175 square metres to 9676 square metres.

“Every lot is well over an acre and in some cases 1½,” Mr Warburton said. “There is room to build big with wide frontage homes and good distance between you and your neighbour. “There is also plenty of room for the children to run around and room for a pony.”

Ironbark Ridge also benefits from being close to Muswellbrook Fair shopping complex and Highbrook Park. Blocks started selling at the estate about two years ago and already a lovely neighbourhood has been established. Close to 20 homes are under construction and all of the blocks in the first three releases, except one, have already been snapped up. The latest release will offer everything the previous releases had – and a little more.

“They have put a lot of extra effort into the streetscape and general amenity,” Mr Warburton said. “There are cycle paths, substantial tree planting and the Ironbark signature post and rail front boundary fence will continue into this latest release.”

Yammanie and Jackaroo are being offered through John Flood Estate Agents and Edward Higgens, Parkinson First National. Representatives from both real estates will be on site on the release day. Members of McDonalds Jones will also be available for people interested in house and land packages. A coffee cart offering free coffee to all will also be available.
