On Wednesday 25th October the McCloy Group team took some time out to give back to the local community in a day of ‘Backyard Blitz’ with plenty of painting, planting and pruning!
The team jumped right in to create a new front and backyard for a deserving Shortland family. It was all hands on deck with the creation of additional garden beds, freshly painted parking facilities, a vegetable garden, children’s play area inclusive of a new trampoline as well as an adults retreat to enjoy warm winter nights outdoors by the new fire pit.
The family was put forth by Lifeline Australia and recognised as one who would benefit from a positive change to their home.
An enjoyable day was had by all in a very rewarding way to give back to the local community. We’re sure they’ll enjoy their new yard as a space to spend quality family time.
