Many retirees view downsizing as simply moving from a larger home to a smaller one. According to downsizing expert Rachel Lane, retirement housing options have financial, legal and tax implications and many seniors are in the dark about what these are.
Rachel Lane is a strong advocate for equipping retirees with the information they need to make the best decision for their circumstances. As part of a free seminar coming to Medowie, Ms Lane will be guest speaker along with a panel of experts who will unpack the commonly held myths and
provide valuable tips for local seniors.
The panel will feature retirement specialists on the legal side of things, financial planning, real estate, home care and seniors communities. The seminar is hosted by Principle Living. Jeff McCloy, one of Principle Living’s Founding Directors, said the company warmly encourages local retirees to come along and find out more from renowned industry experts so they can make informed plans about downsizing.
