The end of an era has been reached in Maitland, with McCloy Group’s award-winning Heritage Parc now sold out, with the final homesite selling on Saturday for a record breaking $400,000. The boutique community located off Racecourse Road promoted an outdoor recreation lifestyle within the Region, one which earned it the sought-after title from the UDIA as Residential Development Project of the Year 2014.
First launching in November 2013, Heritage Parc became quickly known for its impressive range of open spaces and outdoor recreation facilities, all set around expansive waterways and interconnected by cycleways and walking tracks.
“Lifestyle was a major consideration in the development of Heritage Parc, with over 50% of the land area being retained for open space, recreation and amenity” commented Harry Thomson Development Manager for the project.
Lifestyle alone was not the only draw card, with the community offering premium flat and easy to build on bocks that were generous in size and offered proven value for money.
The development of multiple children’s playgrounds, sporting fields, a dog park and an outdoor sculptural art gallery were all touches that established Heritage Parc as a popular place for family living in the Region.
“When we drove through the front entrance, we immediately fell in love with the beautiful landscaped ponds and parklands. It is an upmarket estate unlike any others in the area. We immediately knew that this is exactly where we wanted to raise our family” commented Kristy Davis, resident of Heritage Parc.
The McCloy Group are known for developing quality and sustainable environments and place a high value on community focused living where people feel safe and secure in friendly neighbourhoods.
The standard achieved at Heritage Parc and the quality of homes its residents have built is a testament to this approach.
Now complete, the McCloy Group wanted to share their thanks to residents both old and new and the wider community which had so warmly welcomed Heritage Parc throughout its 8-year development period.
“Over the duration of the project, Heritage Parc has engaged with local sporting teams, hosted numerous community events and welcomed many new families to the region. This has all contributed to Heritage Parc’s outstanding reputation and made the development a positive and rewarding experience for the McCloy Group” noted Mr Thomson.
If you are still in the market for land for your dream home, the McCloy Group are still active in the Region, with sister site Hereford Hill making progress at Lochinvar. For more information on this new project visit hereford-hill.com.au
